Job summary

Fox Rent A Car, Tulsa, is seeking a Roadside Assistance Agent to handle inbound calls and guide customers through vehicle issues. You will determine a preliminary action plan, troubleshoot, and provide calm, expert support to get drivers back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in an inbound call center and automotive-related business is a solid plus.
• Intermediate typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Must be available to work multiple schedules that include weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A high degree of comfort using computerized order processing systems.
• Detail-oriented with effective organization and follow-through skills.
• Flexible, able to multitask, and open to change.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under short time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and assistance to callers experiencing difficulties with their vehicles.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on the information presented by the customer.
• Think creatively and independently while facilitating problem resolution.
• Display courtesy, clarity, and professionalism to resolve customer issues and achieve one-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through vehicle issues to get them back on the road quickly and safely.
• Convey accurate information about Fox Rent A Car to customers and co-workers.
• Explain vehicle features clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
