Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of dispatching experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Technical degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• DOT drug testing and physical may apply.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by tracking trip performance and on-time route starts.
• Provide customer support for questions and concerns regarding trips.
• Manage emergency situations and liaise with emergency services.
• Review route performance and proactively respond to service issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
