Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience dispatching required.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance.
• Provide customer support regarding customer trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators.
• Review route performance and respond to customer service issues.
