Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Plant Operator for the New Lexington, Ohio RNG plant. You will work with the Plant Manager to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant systems, ensuring safe and reliable performance.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, safety-driven approach with a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will handle 12-hour shifts, be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds, and travel to support other plants.

Qualifications

• Trade school certification or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read basic PFDs and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the RNG plant safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for operations and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on major and ancillary equipment.
• Record events and data in the ODMS system.
• Follow regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Travel to assist other plants as needed.
