ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) operates a Landfill Gas to RNG plant in New Lexington, Ohio, where Operators work with the Plant Manager to maintain and improve plant performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and teamwork to address issues and implement solutions. The Operator will handle routine and non-routine maintenance, coordinate with Plant Manager and other operators, and may travel to other plants or the corporate office as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of Plant operations experience.
• Trade school certification, high school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.
• Ability to read PFDs and electrical schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot with basic tools (multimeters, thermography, gas testing).
• Basic Windows computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and equipment safely and neatly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems with remote/onsite support.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for predictive/ proactive ops.
• Perform maintenance on major and ancillary equipment.
• Use ODMS to track events and daily readings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
