Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) operates a Landfill Gas to RNG Plant and seeks a proactive Plant Operator for Fostoria, Ohio. You will work with the Plant Manager to run daily operations, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires 1–5 years of plant experience, DOT readiness, and ability to travel to other plants as needed. Join a team dedicated to reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of Plant operations experience.
• Trade school certification or equivalent education is required.
• Must read basic diagrams and understand electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and equipment safely and neatly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Learn to maximize SCADA for predictive operations.
• Perform maintenance on major and ancillary equipment.
• Use ODMS to record events and readings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and inspect permits.
