Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. seeks a Plant Operator for our New Lexington, Ohio RNG facility. You will join a three-person operations team, operate and maintain plant equipment, and work with the Plant Manager to optimize performance.

You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and use SCADA and ODMS for data. The role requires 12-hour shifts and travel to other sites as needed, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of plant operations or related experience.
• Trade school certificate or HS diploma/GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read basic Process Flow Diagrams and Electrical Schematics.
• Proficient with basic Windows software.
• Experience in maintenance planning and preventative maintenance.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and random testing.
• Valid driver's license with DMV eligibility.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant and equipment safely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for predictive/ proactive operations and maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on all major equipment.
• Record events and readings in ODMS.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits.
• Respond to plant callouts within 2 hours.
• Assist with training of coworkers.
• Travel to other plants as needed.
