Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) is seeking a Plant Operator for our RNG facility in Fostoria, Ohio. You will operate, monitor, and maintain the plant and equipment to maximize production, while upholding safety and reliability standards.

Work closely with the Plant Manager, learn SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvements; occasional travel to other sites may be required to support operations and training.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Plant operations and related experience.
• Trade school certification or high school diploma/GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.
• Able to read basic PFDs and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and all associated equipment in a safe, detailed, organized manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; coordinate remote/onsite assistance as needed.
• Learn to maximize SCADA utilization for predictive and proactive operations and maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on major and ancillary equipment; manage balance-of-plant assets.
• Use ODMS to record events, data, and daily readings; support compliance with regulations.
• Respond to plant callouts promptly and assist with training of coworkers.
