Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for New Lexington, OH to operate and maintain a Landfill Gas to RNG facility. You’ll work with the Plant Manager on routine and non-routine tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while embracing a strong team environment.

The role requires 1–5 years of plant experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn SOPs and site procedures. 12-hour shifts and travel to other plants may be required.

Qualifications

• Trade school cert or high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Ability to read process diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Experience with SCADA and ODMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems; assist with repairs.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for predictive/proactive operations.
• Record events and readings in the ODMS and ensure compliance.
• Support training of coworkers and travel to assist other plants as needed.
