ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) in New Lexington, Ohio seeks a Plant Operator to run and maintain the RNG facility, maximize production, and collaborate with the Plant Manager.

This hands-on role rewards a safety‑first mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using SCADA/ODMS tools. Candidates typically have 1–5 years in plant operations, a strong mechanical background, and the capacity to travel to other plants as required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of plant operations experience.
• Trade school certification or higher educational background.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and background.
• Ability to read PFDs and electrical schematics.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting tools (multimeters, gas testing).
• Windows-based computer skills and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Plant and all equipment safely and orderly.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maximize SCADA utilization for predictive operations and maintenance.
• Perform maintenance on major and ancillary equipment and manage site assets.
• Record events and readings in the ODMS system and ensure compliance data is accurate.
• Support training of other operators and travel to assist at other plants.
