Complete Care - MidAtlantic in Towson, MD is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee long-term care residents and guide a dedicated care team. You will lead care planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families and physicians to maintain high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Care planning: develop, implement and update individual care plans and provide hands-on care.
• Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
• Assist to handle acute health changes, follow physicians' orders and collaborate with care providers & families.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations.
• Audit documentation and care for quality control/compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, and work with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff and manage staffing schedules and assignments.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs
