Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an RN Unit Manager in Maryland to oversee nursing operations for residents in our long-term care facility. You will lead care planning, assessments, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an MD RN license, has long-term care leadership experience, and can manage staffing, regulatory compliance, and mentorship of staff. We offer full-time day shift with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Strong leadership, customer service and clinical competency.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Care needs planning: develop and update individual care plans and provide hands-on care as needed.
• Assessments: complete admission, discharge, and other needed assessments.
• Triage and interventions: respond to acute health changes and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health regulations.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control and compliance.
• Family and team liaison: communicate condition changes to families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Team oversight and mentorship: train and evaluate staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
