Complete Care at Hyattsville is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents. The role requires Maryland RN licensure, strong leadership, and experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Prior Long Term Care experience is required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and health evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, and supervise on -going care to residents.
• Complete admissions, discharges and other assessments as needed.
• Respond to acute health changes and collaborate with physicians, families and care providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Audit documentation and care for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing training, orientation and performance evaluations for staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs
