Complete Care is hiring an RN Unit Manager for the day shift to lead a dedicated team in delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. The role emphasizes planning, assessments, and collaboration with families and physicians.

Responsibilities include overseeing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring staff, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership, customer service and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: develop and update individual care plans and supplement hands-on care.
• Assessments: complete admissions, discharges and other assessments as needed.
• Triage and interventions: handle acute health changes and follow physicians' orders with care teams and families.
• Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control and compliance.
• Family and team liaison: communicate changes to families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Team oversight and mentorship: train, orient and evaluate staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
