Job summary

Complete Care Management in Milford, PA is hiring an RN Unit Manager for the day shift. This full-time role requires supervising the nursing staff on the assigned shift, overseeing medications and patient care activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in managing staff.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certification and have no disciplinary action in affect against professional license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
