Qualifications

• RN license required in Maryland.
• Prior long-term care experience is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update individual resident care plans.
• Complete admissions, discharges and other assessments.
• Assist with triage and interventions for acute health changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Audit documentation and care for quality control/compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers.
• Provide ongoing training, orientation and performance evaluations for staff; manage staffing schedules.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs

Assessments: Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed

Triage & Interventions: Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families

Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations

Quality Assurance: Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Team Oversight & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff. Manage staffing schedules and assignments

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse

• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
