Position Overview: Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN). Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for accurate patient assessments and developing/revising individualized care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decision-making.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications: South Carolina RN Nursing license. We also hire GNs and GPNs.
