Unit Manager (RN) - Nursing Facility
We rely on and trust our Unit Manager (RN) to provide independent supervision of the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering and evaluating nursing care, and supervising Nurses, Care Specialists (CNAs), and other personnel. The role may also involve supervising other RNs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of effective, outcome-focused nursing care using the nursing process. Participate in discharge planning and follow-up.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the care team.
- Implement care plans effectively and efficiently, focusing on resident-centered outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain resident comfort and care by applying current nursing practices and skills.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already certified)
- Recent clinical experience or specialized skills in geriatrics
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
