Job summary
Rotech Healthcare in Murray, KY is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Call Center to provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance. The role involves educating patients, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring appropriate clinical guidance is followed.

Qualifications
- RN license required and active in primary state.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Maintain licensure as required by state law.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic support on respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance.
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and compliance.
- Coordinate with field staff and clinicians for patient care.
- Identify when a physical visit is needed and coordinate accordingly.
- Understand and apply basic insurance guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and state requirements.
- Assist with on-call rotation and after-hours coverage.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
