Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Call Center professional to provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance, guiding field staff, referrals, patients, and caregivers with clinical education.

You will work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an on-call rotation every 4 to 6 weeks; requires English communication, strong problem solving, and attention to detail. Salary ranges $26–$35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license and current licensure in the primary state of practice.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: additional respiratory care education per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic support for respiratory equipment and CPAP compliance.
• Cover on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks during non-business hours.
• Counsel patients and educate caregivers on equipment use and safety.
• Gathers information from patients and staff to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to insurance guidelines.
