Corewell Health's Farmington Hills Hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate nursing operations and resources to meet patient care needs, ensuring high-quality service across departments.

The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred), 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and at least 1 year in leadership. MI RN license and BLS are required. Part-time, night shift with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants required.
• One year of relevant informal leadership experience required for internal applicants.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize personnel and other resources to meet patient care functions.
• Collaborate to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments.
• The Nurse Supervisor represents the organizational leadership across all venues on a 24-hour basis and collaborates to make decisions on behalf of the leadership team.
