Corewell Health Reed City Hospital is actively seeking a Hospital Supervisor to lead clinical services on the night shift. This role involves coordinating staffing, ensuring safety standards, and guiding care delivery with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required; must be obtained within 4 years for those starting in this role at listed locations.
• Master's Degree (MS/MSN/MBS/MM/MHA/MPH) preferred.
• 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• 2 years of recent leadership experience preferred.
• MI RN License required.
• AHA/BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver clinical services on the assigned shift.
• Ensure appropriate staff use, staffing levels, problem solving, and safe environment.
• Provide supervision and leadership to hospital staff in collaboration with unit/department leaders.
• Promote quality care and efficient use of resources.
