Corewell Health's Farmington Hills Hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate nursing operations and resources to meet patient care needs, ensuring high-quality service across departments.

The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred), 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and at least 1 year in leadership. MI RN license and BLS are required. Part-time, night shift with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants required.
• One year of relevant informal leadership experience required for internal applicants.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.

Scope of work

The Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner. Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments. The Nurse Supervisor represents the organizational leadership across all venues on 24-hour basis and collaborates to make decisions an act on behalf of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) Required.

• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants Required.
• One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience required for internal applicants, may include but are not limited to: Charge Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse responsibilities, leadership on behalf of unit/site/system at Shared Governance Council, Required.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
