Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of relevant formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants required.
• One year of relevant informal leadership experience for internal applicants required.
• MI RN license required.
• AHA or ARC BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet patient care functions in a cost-efficient manner.
• Collaborates on crisis management, policy interpretation, and ensures timely communications between departments.
• Represents leadership across venues on a 24-hour basis and acts on behalf of the leadership team.
