Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required at hire for certain locations; transition/eligibility timelines apply.
BSN must be obtained within 4–5 years depending on start date and site.
Preferred Master's Degree in MS, MSN, MBS, MM, MHA, MPH or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate implementation of the overall plan for resource utilization, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Communicate with patients, families, staff, management, physicians to address care issues.
Monitor staffing with census/acuity data and adjust accordingly per leadership guidance.
Provide supervision and support to in-house staff and share performance feedback.
Act as a clinical resource, support care changes, and ensure privacy and safety compliance.
Participate in contingency planning with leadership for complex situations.
