Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited program is required.
- MI RN license is required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 1+ year of related clinical experience in the specialty field.
- Must obtain Nursing Administration or Professional/Specialty Certification within 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the nursing service unit's operations.
- Be available for on-call support to the nursing service/unit.
- Fill in for hospital supervisor as needed.
- Assist with clinical support, program development, and fiscal management.
- Oversee resource allocation, standards of care, policy interpretation, and performance improvement.
