Corewell Health's Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor to support the Nursing Admin team. The role coordinates personnel and resources for patient care, works with RNs, NAs, and Sitters across units, and reports to leadership on a 24-hour basis during night shifts.

The position requires a BSN, RN license in Michigan, BLS, and leadership experience. It offers a benefits package, 20 weekly hours, night shift 11 p.m.–7 a.m., and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Three years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience required for external applicants.
• One year of informal leadership experience required for internal applicants.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize personnel and resources to meet patient care functions.
• Collaborate to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely communication.
• Represent leadership across venues on a 24-hour basis and support decision-making.
