Corewell Health's Farmington Hills Hospital is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Nursing Admin team. The role focuses on coordinating staff and resources to deliver patient care, with crisis management and policy interpretation responsibilities.

The position requires a BSN, 3 years of nursing experience, and at least 1 year in formal or informal leadership. It is a part-time night shift role at the Farmington Hills site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience for external applicants required.
• One year of relevant demonstrated informal leadership experience for internal applicants.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize personnel and resources to meet patient care functions.
• Collaborate to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and ensure timely communication.
• Represent the leadership across venues on a 24-hour basis and act on behalf of the leadership team.
