Rowan is an innovative ear-piercing brand with licensed nurses ensuring safety and celebration in every piercing. The Clinical Studio Manager will lead the Grand Boulevard studio, oversee piercing operations, drive sales, and coach a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires RN/LPN certification, retail leadership, and a passion for safety, service, and Rowan's standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach studio staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily studio operations and safety standards.
• Drive sales and manage studio targets.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll within budgets.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Maintain inventory control and POS accuracy.
