Rowan, a nurse-led ear piercing brand, is hiring a Clinical Studio Manager to oversee our Grand Boulevard studio in Florida. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Proven retail management experience (3–5 years) preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to drive sales in a retail studio.

Responsibilities

• Piercing: Create magical experiences with clinical care and celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Customer Experience: Maintain warm, welcoming, and safe studio environment and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Leadership + Team Management: Lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, set targets, and coach staff.
• Operations + Sales: Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, achieve sales targets, and ensure visual merchandising aligned with brand.
• Training + Development: Mentor and onboard staff, provide ongoing development opportunities.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and collaborate with marketing.
