Rowan, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Studio Manager to lead our Annapolis ear piercing studio. You will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and drive sales while maintaining Rowan’s clinical piercing standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with retail management experience, customer-obsessed leadership, and a passion for jewelry. This full-time role includes schedule flexibility and team development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Retail management experience 3–5 years; jewelry experience a plus.
• Customer-obsessed leader able to drive sales and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage studio operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Lead and coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive sales and meet studio targets while maintaining Rowan’s clinical standards.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and POS processes to protect profit.
• Provide training and development, and coordinate with corporate on marketing initiatives.
