The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with 3–5 years in a retail management role, excels in coaching teams, and authentically engages customers to promote Rowan’s brand and products.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3–5 years, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff.
• Oversee all piercing operations and studio safety standards.
• Drive sales and meet studio targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and compliant studio environment.
