Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Staff RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down. Full-time day shift with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Join a team delivering evidence-based nursing in a 24-bed PCU, with strong collaboration and state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and coordinating with the clinical team to achieve optimal outcomes. Eligible candidates will hold a GA RN license and BLS, with new grads welcome to apply.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care across the birth to lifecycle in PCU/step-down.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with assigned staff and clinical manager.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Organize data and identify outcomes.
• Carry out plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Ensure appropriate care based on disease severity.
• Oversee activities of support staff.
• Document care and communicate with the team.
