Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program required.
• New graduates eligible for PRN/entry-level roles.
• Current GA RN license or multistate license; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments including data collection on physical and psychosocial health.
• Develops and updates care plans based on patient needs and outcomes.
• Coordinates care activities with assigned staff and teams.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the medical record accurately.
• Communicates issues to Charge Nurse/Manager and physician as appropriate.
• Leads and oversees activities of support staff as needed.
• Identifies teaching opportunities and provides education resources to patients/families.
