Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA is hiring an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on full-time nights. The role supports a 24-bed PCU environment with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requires Georgia RN license, BLS, and nursing program graduation.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate license. BLS certification required.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred (PRN).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced certification in specialty if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient data to plan care and document findings.
• Organize data to form a plan of care and expected outcomes.
• Carry out and evaluate the care plan.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse/Clinical Manager/physician.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and accountability.
