Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on a Full-Time Days schedule. The role includes delivering patient-centered care in a PCU setting with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

You will work with a team of RNs, techs, and managers to ensure safe, evidence-based practices across Georgia. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
• New graduates eligible for PRN postings; ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process from birth through lifecycle.
• Perform patient assessments and plan/implement care based on needs.
• Coordinate patient care and supervise ancillary staff.
• Document care and communicate with Charge Nurse and physicians.
• Maintain standards of practice and participate in ongoing education.
