Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down. The role focuses on bridging ICU and Medical-Surgical care with 24 beds and a supportive team, offering a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or multi-state license (NLC/eNLC).
• BLS certification required.
• New graduates eligible.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through lifecycle.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care with assigned staff and resources.
• Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care.
• Ensure appropriate care based on patient’s condition and needs.
• Document patient care accurately in the record.
• Maintain standards of practice and accountability.
