Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down on the Night shift at Piedmont Eastside in Snellville, GA. The role supports 24-bed PCU with a focus on safe, evidenced-based nursing care and patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, coordination with the care team, and clinical documentation. New graduates eligible; Georgia RN license and BLS required. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health history data.

• Supervise ancillary and support staff during shifts.
• Identify teaching opportunities for patients and families.
• Document care and communicate concerns to nurses and physicians.
