Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training within our facility. You will support hiring/onboarding, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and ensure our team is confident, compliant, and compassionate in care.

Active RN license in good standing is required; experience in long-term care is preferred. Join a faith-based organization with top pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training for all team members.
• Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in-service programs and skills assessments.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify educational needs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support the Director of Nursing and leadership team with other assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
