Responsibilities

• Assess staff training needs and develop education plans.
• Coordinate and deliver orientation for new and contract staff.
• Ensure compliance training and proper documentation.
• Monitor performance and address compliance issues.
• Assist in budgeting and maintain program within budget.
• Provide hands-on clinical orientation to licensed and unlicensed staff.
