Here at BridgePoint the Staff Development Coordinator - RN coordinates and conducts orientation of all new facility hires and coordinates the educational needs of the facility. Functions as an educator and facilitator for all nursing staff. The Staff Development Coordinator - RN position reports to the Director of Nursing and is an integral part of the management team.
