Job summary

Baysiderehabilitation is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training for our nursing team. You will support hiring and onboarding, deliver continuing education, and ensure staff competencies through ongoing programs and assessments.

The role requires an active RN license and prior experience in long-term care; you will collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and improve resident care quality.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating education and training for nursing staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for healthcare training.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
