Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking an experienced Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to design and implement training for nursing staff and ensure competency across the nursing department.

The role requires RN licensure, a minimum of three years clinical healthcare experience (long-term care preferred), and an active CPR certification. On-call rotation and weekend coverage are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• RN licensure current in state.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical healthcare experience; long-term care preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Regularly assess CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Provide skill training to new staff in deficient areas before resident care.
