BridgePoint HealthCare in Washington, DC is seeking a Registered Nurse as Staff Development Coordinator to coordinate orientation for all facility hires and address the educational needs of the facility. This educator role reports to the Director of Nursing and supports ongoing staff development and competency evaluations.

The position requires a current DC RN license, BSN preferred, and at least three years of nursing experience, including long-term care; CPR certification must be maintained.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• RN license to practice nursing in DC. BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation of all new facility hires and meet educational needs of the facility.
