Job summary

Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland in Fayetteville is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education for the entire staff. The role includes coordinating new hire orientation with HR, and acting as Infection Control Nurse to ensure best practices throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license with 2–4 years of nursing experience and clinical training. CNA teaching ability is a plus, with support provided to achieve it upon hire.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with clinical training experience.
• Experience in staff education and training.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Ability to lead orientation and in-service programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff education for the entire facility.
• Serve as Infection Control Nurse and report practices.
• Partner with HR for new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Identify educational needs and implement in-service programs.
