Job summary

Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte, NC seeks an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education for the entire staff and oversee employee health services. The role includes managing Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD checks, ensuring ongoing in-service education, and coordinating with HR for new hire orientation.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2–4 years of nursing experience, has clinical training capabilities, and can teach CNA classes—support will be provided

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with clinical nursing skills and education background.
• Experience in staff development or training programs.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and employee health programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver staff education programs for the facility.
• Oversee employee health services, including Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD checks.
• Coordinate new hire orientation with HR.
• Act as Infection Control Nurse and report to IC Officer/Administrator.
• Support CNA training efforts and clinical skills assessments.
