Grey Stone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead education, skills assessments, training, clinical observations, and QA audits under the Director of Nursing Services. The role also supports new employee hiring and retention initiatives, promoting growth and professional development for staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and QA audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Engage staff to champion recognition and retention programs; advocate growth and development.
• Support infection prevention practices and foster a supportive resident atmosphere.
