American Senior Communities seeks a Staff Development Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to lead education, skills assessments, and training for nursing staff. You will conduct clinical observations and quality audits under the Director of Nursing Services, and assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees.

The role emphasizes staff engagement, recognition, and retention, serving as an advocate for growth and development within our Indiana facilities.
