Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years clinical health-care experience; LTC preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Assess CNA skill competency and provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Train new staff in deficient areas before patient care tasks.
