Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an RN - Shift Lead I for a part-time, day shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will provide leadership and clinical expertise on the shift and coordinate resources to match census and acuity while modeling professionalism.

The role requires a BSN, MT RN license and BLS certification, with ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and respond to emergencies. Experience in acute care is preferred and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• BSN required within 4 years or 15 years acute care experience.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or provides direct patient care on the shift.
• Responds to patient emergencies as needed and leads during disasters.
• Collaborates with staffing office to adjust staff for census changes.
• Communicates with Charge Nurse about census, admissions, discharges and issues.
• Supports unit management in productivity and timekeeping.
